So we were excited to learn that one of our favorite Downtown residential towers was the set for the current filming designer challenge on crackersandcheese.tv. Most of what is happening at SPIRE is currently under wraps until the entire competition airs but we can explain how the competition works. Several talented Denver interior designers are given the same budget limits and they then compete to design the most incredible indoor residential space they can. It's an all out designathon pitting different tastes and styles against each other for the judges choice. What we love is that they picked SPIRE as the setting for this challenge.
We are sure their producers saw the same qualities that our clients find so attractive. With 42 stories of glass walls and wide open spaces these condominiums are a designers (and homeowners) dream. With either city views, mountain views (or both) designers need to carefully think how to place furniture and create living spaces that embrace the views to the outdoors.
