In fact the study found roughly a three fold decrease in heating consumption for the downtown condo or loft resident. As many of us look at our budgets and the steady increase of fuel costs those utility bills begin to add up to a huge savings. And we all know that Downtown Denver condo and loft residents need their fair share of heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
