The area is diverse, struggling with the traffic of such major roadways as Colfax and Broadway. The neighborhoods more recent days have been accentuated by the increase in rental properties and some major additions and deletions from the surrounding recreation. The construction of a new apartment building indicates that the area, as some may have feared, is not the same Cap-Hill of generations past.
