In each of the past 6 years New Era Realty has had an increase in sales. In fact, we had a truly remarkable performance with over 160 homes sold and $37 million in gross sales in 2009. That means we had the wonderful opportunity to help a lot of clients find their dream loft, condo or single family home. And all this for a “small” real estate firm of only 6 agents.

New Era Realty is definitely shaking up the marketplace! We proved that we can generate results and sell properties in a fraction of the time it takes other agencies and at the price they our sellers want. The average days on market for a New Era Realty listing was less than 30 days for the vast majority sold in 2009. Simply stated, there isn’t another agency in Denver that has as far-reaching, impactful marketing for selling homes as we do.
Of course 2009 would not have been as successful without the addition of two key players to our team. Chris Behrens formerly of Modo Real Estate and UrbanThrive Real Estate joined us in May and has been nothing less than stellar! Chris sold close to 40 properties in less than 6 months with us and he has become one of the top loft and condo experts in Central Denver. Kelly White joined our team as our Operations Manager shortly after Chris in June. Kelly has been pivotal in keeping the office functioning as a well-oiled machine! Kelly wears many hats and has become a critical piece of the backbone of our organization. Primarily she is responsible for keeping our agents sane! Beyond the brains, we formed new business partnerships, developed several cutting edge real estate technologies and websites for our clients and still managed to have fun and make sure our clients had fun the entire year!
