It's turning into a buzz around Denver.. the SPIRE. We have clients scheduling their move in dates and starting to make their dream of living at SPIRE a reality. It's funny how the start of closings has sparked such an interest in a building that we have been watching for some time. But it makes sense, the reality of moving in changes everything. So all of us at New Era Realty are holding SPIRE tours over the next couple weeks (or as long as we need to.. it's been busy). Fortunately, after being in the building more times than I can count starting with hard hat tours during construction and continuing up through our client tours of the finished buildings throughout this year.
